I'm going to let you in on a little secret: I'm a major book dragon. I love books. I love reading. I'm obsessed with building my own personal library. Did you know that it only takes 1,000 books to qualify a collection as a library? I've been working on that goal since I was a child. I grew up reading books every day. I used to hurry up all of my homework just so I could snuggle down with a blanket and my book of the day (yes, I used to read at least one book a day growing up....ah the good ole days). I would stay up late even on school nights just to finish my book because as I've recently told my mother, "the plot keeps plotting and I need to know what happens". Now, as an adult, I still read late into the night some nights, but I've also gotten into audiobooks. I've learned that there are some books that need to be read physically and others that are best read as an audiobook. I'll still go and purchase a physical copy if I really really REALLY like the audiobook. Sometimes, I'll even listen to the books over and over again if I really love them.

Some of my favorite authors recently have been knocking it out of the park with everything they've written that I've gotten my hands on. I can't wait to show you all more of what I've been obsessing over and staying up late to finish. I've been inspired recently to do some really cool art prints centered around books and reading.
